With over 15 years in the dental field and more than 5 years specializing in dental staffing, I launched Reich Dental Staffing with one clear mission: to connect the best dental professionals with the best dental offices—without sacrificing quality, integrity, or professionalism.

As a practicing Certified Registered Dental Hygienist with experience as an adjunct faculty member, I understand firsthand what it takes to run a productive, compliant, and patient-centered dental practice. I’ve worked in everything from high-volume corporate offices to private practices to public healthcare, which gives me the unique insight to hand-select talent that truly fits each office’s needs.
